Misfire cold start / idle. Please help!!

i was hoping i wouldnt have to make a thread here but the time has come.

long story short, i bought a 09 335 with 80km off a member here who was "selling it for his friend"

since ive gotten the car, ive had nothing but troubles ( 2 weeks ago maybe )

i believe the original owner f**ked me. cleared whatever codes were on the car and sold it to me. i was dumb and didnt take it for a PPI before buying it.

i should note that i previously had a p0174 ( lean bank 2 ) then a misfire cylinder 123 ( bank 1 )

anyway, ive been having misfires at idle and on cold starts. ive replaced brand new index 12 injectors, coils, and spark plugs. ive checked around the vac lines for a leak and dont seem to see any.

the car vibrates pretty harshly when i give it some gas in park. especially around 1500 rpm.i also noticed today that if i hold the rpms steadily at 1500 rpm, it will drop and go back up, drop and go back up, even though im holding the accelerator in the same spot.

also when im driving around at the same 1500 rpm, the car kinda feels like its driving on out of round tires.. kinda like chugging?

the HPFP has been replaced by bmw before.

currently there are no codes, but i know sometimes it misfires to a point where 1 of more cylinder shuts downs.

does anyone know if TORQUE can read shadow codes?

any help is greatly appreciated. ive spent over 2k trying to fix the car right off the bat and still no luck. i am thinking about doing walnut blasting next but i really doubt its the problem.

torque will not read bmw specific codes. I recommend carly, reads all codes from all module's and you can do some coding. it is a bit expensive but I think it is worth having.

do i specifically need the carly adapter or will any adapter work?

I used a generic Bluetooth obd adapter and it worked fine. I ended up buying the carly one because it has the on / off button so I can leave it plugged in. if you are interested at all in the carly adapter, I do have a discount code good for $5 off.

MHD can read most engine-related BMW-specific codes. Some problems can only be deduced indirectly from logs.
I also have Carly and it's able to read much deeper. For example, I used Carly to diagnose a rear turning signal fault. I had to replace my Footwell Module (FRM).
For MHD and Carly, I use the same cable from bi mm er soft ware
