Engine icon lit. What gives?

I started my 335 yesterday and noticed that the yellow engine icon is lit on the display. Car runs fine, idle is smooth and by my butt, everything feels ok.

When I run through the car status using the turn signal stock, the CHECK OK is displayed. Anyone have a sense what this means? Wouldn't there also be some error status listed instead of CHECK OK?

Is your mod list accurate? If so then do you have O2 sims with your DPs?

It wasnt the O2 sensor; and I now have a new found respect for my shop. It was the darn gas cap. Not on tight enough.
