My bumper is a mess, where to get a replacement

Just the skin, all shredded underneath from parking stops and scratched to hell. Don't want to spent a fortune on this or go through the dealer. Are the bumper covers they sell on ebay any good? Should I look at a cheap knockoff M3 or M- Tech cover? Would like to not spend more than 5-600 bucks including paint and install....

Thanks in advance....

I mean, you get what you pay for. A cheap knockoff won't be as good as an OEM part. Go through the vendors on the forum for the reps though, just to support them. And bumper covers being...front lips? or are you thinking a stick on piece to your current bumper that covers a lot of it? Lips, ok. Stick ons...not so much, all I can think of are ricey eclipses with absurd looking bumpers.

I guess im talking about the entire bumper cover, not just a lower add on piece, I have no interest in splitters. Something like this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/51117140859-...sories&vxp=mtr

its not oem and I was just wondering if it was crappy or not...

Wouldn't it be cheaper to respray the bumper?

Can't, it's actually missing peices underneath. I bought the car used and apparently the previous owner liked to park right on top of those concrete parking stops. The entire underside of the bumper is hanging down bent and mangled with missing chunks.

If only the bottom is scratched, you could just cover it by putting on the m-tech aero lip like this one: https://www.dragtimes.com/images-cla...0314937941.jpg

If you're looking for the bumper covers I think they run about $400+ and then painting it would cost quite a lot, maybe $300? Not sure about the cost of painting it.

I don't know about the quality of they ebay ones, but you can find front bumper replicas on vendors here on e90post.

That would probably work! That's for an E92 coupe. Can you get those for an E90 sedan?
