does it matter using different type brake?

i recently bought for (E90 328xi)( totally mistake bought different type) same brand brake different type but the front are slotted rotors and the rear are drilled rotors. does it matter using different type brake. and is it dangerous to using them. i will wait online for the answer. thanks guys.
