Paint bubbles?
Hi Guys,
I got my rear bumper replaced by the dealer 3 months back as i got hit from behind in a small accident, today while waxing my car i noticed these tiny bubbles on my rear bumper on the right side, guess its a painting defect & i should get it checked by the dealer? i earlier around a 2 months back had opened a thread regarding a mark that i felt was a stone chip or paint defect here is the link http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=839013 so i guess it was a paint bubble that bursted? do they burst eventually, added a pic of paint bubbles. Thanks.. |

yeah take it back, that looks like some solvent that got trapped under the paint finish and it's going to have to be redone to get rid of it. Hopefully since it's only been 3 months they'll inspect it and just agree to redo it.

That'll definitely have to be redone...make sure they remove the bumper to do the respray, if not you'll end up with the risk of overspray all over the car. Good luck
