How I killed Nickel and Dimeing with the Survey!

So I'm glad I read on this message board how important it is to the dealerships to get nothing but 5's on the customer satisfaction survey's.

I didn't really think to even broach the subject about floormats being included as I've read most people on here seem to get them free without having to even mention it.

After I signed all the paperwork and was waiting for the car to get out of detailing, my SA tells me as I'm looking in their 'BMW Lifestyle Shop' that , "Ya know, floormats aren't included so that's something you may want to think about."

I reply with, "That's something I think might get you a 4 on the survey." He says, "Ah, I see" and comes back two minutes later and lets me know they're including the cloth floormats, all season rubber mats, BMW sweatshirt, leather cleaner, beanie and window tint.

I never expected to get anything more than the floormats out of my "threat" but I figured I'd let everyone know who may fall into the floormat trap.

Pulling that crap out (mats) at the last minute is BS.......
Thats almost a SURE way to get a bad survey........even if the CA didn't deserve it.
