Clear bra and Tint install

Anyone know of a good place to have clear bra and tint installed in NOVA preferably?

Tint FX in fairfax has really good reviews but I haven't used them.

I've used national window tint in chantilly for 3 cars and all of them have turned out good except my E92, they could not get the dot matrix and after bringing it back after a few months (I did it in winter so I figured I should give it some time to dry) it still didnt look good. They basically told me they couldn't do any better, almost refusing to even try.
