Happy New Years Eve!
I am in Ontario, Canada -10 degrees C today. Noticed that car didn't have any heat. That sucked, but heated seats kept working. ~2km away from Costco yellow temp warning light pops up...shortly followed by red light. Stopped, engine fan going crazy. Let it sit there for 10 min and fired it back up and went to Costco. I left fiance in car with hood up while I grabbed some stuff. We avoided highway on the way home. Took breaks every 4km for 10-15 min with hood up. Yellow light came back on just before we got home (total drive back was only 13km). So this is my New Years Eve! I am going to get a tow up to a shop nearby that I have had work done in the past. I would be tempted to do this myself but I need the car for work in the next week so I don't have the time . Ill update everyone with cost ect... This sucks 100%. But I still love the car, no doubt. Mike |

The Dirty 330
My first german car, and loving it. Not many mods yet, because I'm spending so much on fixing her.
Sport, Premium and Cold weather package. Ignore the license plate it was from my g35. I've got a pretty hefty list of stuff to do, so it'll keep me busy and away from smoking hookah! She's been really dirty. Ive actually never seen what she looks like with a clean exterior!! |

I have had my 330i for about a month now, I recently had the airbag light come on on the dash, along with the seat belt light. Has anyone else had this? Do you know an easy fix? It doesn't beep or anything it's just always on. Curious if it is something I can do myself or if I will have to take it to a mechanic to have them look at it.

New to the forums. This is my first post, but my third bmw. I had a 86 325i but it got totaled a while back when a lady rear ended me in college. I used the money from that car to buy a 95 325i, which I had until about 3 weeks ago when an elderly woman t-boned me and totaled my car. Went out that weekend and bought my 06 330i. It's got 78k miles, and the water pump just went out. Had to take the train to work for the week but I just got my baby back and the dealer paid for the repairs. Cheers!

How did you get the dealer to pay for the repairs? Extended Warranty? Haven't had water pump issue but curious ... I got mine about 1.5 months ago.
