whats the most you've paid for oil at stealers??

oil service time again. 335i 6.5liter of oil

Lowest oil service price i got from main dealer £150 all in
Highest £200 all incl vat, filter, stamp, o and the oil itself !

the dealer who gave me the 200 quid quote then proceeded to tell me that i was quite far out to them and why dont i go to a closer dealer, he then proceeded to tell me a few dealers nearby and if i wanted their numbers, i'd told him i've got the details on the web and was asking round for a good price. he then also advised that usually the microfilter shud also be changed at the same time and added another 50 quid on top if i wanted that done aswell. talk about getting rid of custom, complete joke that dealer!!!!

Got it for cheap at £111.58 but that was mixed with a load of other services. It included the oil service, oil itself and filter.

Supply your own oil and save yourself £60-£70

My last oil service was about £108 - £78 for the oil, £10 for the filter, £20 for the labour. The most I've ever paid for a litre of oil was €19.98 in Koblenz, Germany in May! With the Euro/Dollar exchange that litre of synthetic oil cost almost as much as for a whole barrel of crude.
