So - how does the "auto folding" work? Anytime you turn the car off they fold? Or do you have to push a button to get them to fold? Or?

well...it sounds like u dont hav the auto folding in ur current car. but there is a button next to the mirror adjuster button, and wen u press it, it will fold the mirrors.

matte > shadowline imho. just not a big fan of the gloss look.

i dont see an issue w/ having matte m3 mirrors w/ the shadowline trim. vinyl matte wrappin the window trim isnt even expensive. i'm actually goin bak to the silver trim now.

no sorry. they make m3 mirrors specific for e90s and e92. so they will only fit e92
