Afe air intake for e90 325i. which one to get?
Hey, i need a little advice of which route to go in deciding between these two types of cold air intakes. I have the 2006 325i by the way. I know the prices are a little bit different, but i fell like the higher price one is just selling you the carbon fiber look and the size of it, but that is just me. So if any one can suggest which one to get and also if anyone has eather one of them and tell me how is it and the feeling of the ride. thanks everyone

Just to let you know people are saying this is mainly for sound. You don't get any real gains from this.

The site says the two he listed are for 328's? So they will work on the 325 as well?

Coming from actually having the ORIGINAL aFe intake for the E9X, all I can say is it's about f#@%ing time they came up with a sealed design.
The original caused me to lose power/mpg (search button, I have a huge thread posted on here documenting the entire hell I went through) and make the neighbors hate my car (they love the sound of the exhaust, but the intake literally caused me to get phone calls and threats of police action ). I run a much simpler setup now. My mod'd box with the muffler delete actually resulted in significant gains for the amount of money I spent in total.
