Bmw service

Right so dropped my car off for the recall made it clear I didn't want it washed..
But they still washed it. Left it a right state smear marks all over.
Scratches on the car that weren't there before Called it out in the dealers but according to them they were there :/
Just can't win with theese people they have to fuck up at some point

And a flat tyre warning and a nail in the tyre.. which wasn't there when I left it :/ I only know it wasnt as I had the wheels off to clean them and do the m3 arm.upgrade.

Garage List
Makes you sick doesn't it. It's getting to the point where you need to take the service adviser out to the car when you leave it and do a point-by-point check on every cosmetic aspect of the car (like you do when collecting a hire car!).

I've had that before, even when you see the girl on the service desk write in capitals NO WASH AND VAC

What does seem to work is wash it the night before, then they look at it and think there no point washing this car it's clean

What if you stick multiple stickers on the inside of the windows saying "no wash" and loads of stickers on the seats saying "no vacuum"?

I'm thinking more along the lines of a sheet saying if you wash this car the bill for a full detail will be issued..
