My E92 335i 2007 M-Sport
Hi all,
Finally got round to getting myself an N54 m-sport, I bought it roughly 3 months ago, it's done 60,000 miles and has pretty much the full works from the factory including voice control, TV etc. It also seems to of had an aftermarket spoiler installed along with a rear diffuser. What I've done so far:

Nice! Clean black 335s seem to be becoming something of a rarity these days.
Those look like the OEM Performance spoiler and rear diffuser, but I'm not sure how you could find out if they're actually OEM or reps without removing them. Either way they look good. Re black kidney grilles, again I'd recommend the OEM Performance ones - they're not particularly pricey and it's totally worth going OEM to be sure of quality and fitment. I'd recommend buying from site sponsor Cotswold BMW - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1205159 |

Cheers, I'll be honest I was looking at Ebay/Amazon 50 quid grills! They seem to have good feedback on forums. I'll ask Cotswold for a price though as £125 through the main website isn't a mad price as is.

Nice looking car, that definitely looks like the Oem performance gearstick as well.
For the grills check amazon as bmw direct were advertising them on there for £26 a side, just make sure to get the pre lci ones. |

Looks nice, even has the steering wheel trim from the X1. I like the rear diffuser and high kick spoiler too. Your hand break lever doesn't look like a m sport but goes nicely with the alcantara boot.
Good luck with the future modding, I'll keep an eye on this thread... |

Cheers, will have a gander. I see that you're Reading based, any recommendations for local coders? Grosvenor seemed a bit expensive!

I can recommend Marius at Duda Garage, Southampton:
http://duda-garage.com/ What he doesn't know about coding isn't worth knowing! I've found him reasonably priced too...

Thanks Phil, I was hoping there would be someone Reading based, might just get the Carly app and a cheap adapter.
Smokey, it's funny, when I look at photos of my car I think exactly the same however in the flesh they look right for it. That and I don't have another grand lying about for a new set! |

What are you looking to get coded? Ive got the Carly app and brought the adapter last month. I found that the cheap adapter wouldn't code half of the stuff I wanted.

Yeah add on at least £700 for a set of decent tyres & then there's the harsher ride to consider with 19''s

Looks good as it is woody.
Maybe a engine remap & intercooler?

Disable seat assist/butler, I'm a little worried about pulling the fuse on the seat assist as a few posts mentioned that it could interfere with the airbags. Mirrors to fold when locked/unlocked. Delete window opening half way on unlock Quote:

Might have a JB4 to install within the month![/QUOTE] Nice JBs aren't for me but a lot of people run them & are happy. Once you increase the power expect to have to replace at least the coils

Yeah engines a quantum remap, very happy with it £250 had this done first then decided to get the box remapped has made a big difference all together over stock. I set myself a limit of £1000 on go faster mods. When stock max 1/4 mile terminal speed was 101mph & running in the 14s it'll now done a 109.6mph & runs 13.2s
I don't have any experience of the Alpina flash but a lot of people have done it

Thought I'd post the before and afters on the wheel refurbs, used a place in Wokingham called Littleknocks, great service, look good as new now! I noticed the M-sport sticker wasn't perfect after the photo was taken so that's been sorted now. |
