Lol thank you I'm never going to scratch so i know for sure i dont need vinyl. I'd love to have CDJ 1000s but thats out of the question so the 400s will do for now

To answer your question, I use Traktor 3 and I love it, but all of the other guys I know use Scratch and I think its also a bit easier to learn on...
