No more free loaner @ Autohaus

Went there for regular service late October and the SA says they are now charging $20 for NON-bimmer loaner and $40 for bimmer loaner (and you need to call a couple of weeks in advance for the bimmer loaner). I think that's per day charge + gas.

SA only says there is a change of loaner policy !

STOP going to Autohaus.. Go to T&C or Parkview.

I don't think T&C will give you loaner unless you buy the car from them.

They have BMW loaners (only 323i it seems) but I think you have to book in advance to get them.

I already switched to parkview for my last week's 2nd annual service...they did a great job. I didn't ask for a loaner as it's only 90 mins...they had the comfort area with snack, drinks and wifi. Way better than autohaus

For BMW loaner you have to book in advance for sure.. I am not sure if they will give you BMW loaner if you did not buy the car from them.. Just ask next time when you book.

bmw toronto gave me a red 328i loaner.

bmw toronto/durham and parkview I believe are owned by the same people, Durham gave me a 328 loaner last time and i pre-booked it, parkview gave me a ride to the subway stn, but it was a walk-in, not pre-booked apptn.

my next service is probably gonna be toronto, where I got my car from
