A friend would be interested in the exhaust, but Magnaflow lists your application only good for 2006-2008 330i & xi - it has an entirely different part number than systems for E90/92/93, so there must be something different about it regardless of whether the pictures posted of the systems look similar (they must just use generic pics for all sytems).

@1QuikWS6 They list them as different, but the only difference is the extra fighting for the vacume line that goes into the muffler, which i did not use anyways, i capped it off.

@BMVeh Honestly was the best sounding exhaust i ever owned. it was deep but not loud, there are you tube videos online that sound great but even they dont do it justice and if its not loud enough for you, i sounds good without the 2nd cats but i dont like my car being that loud.

The box sounds good, it is custom for our trunk. The woofers need to be driven hard in order to make up for the sound damping in the rear.
