Yellow, for the more discerning palette .... red a tad gauche nowadays ... You know this when you can even get red "clip-ons" for your Astra etc. :

Why are there no pics of cars with standard colour rims and yellow cali's?

Is it 'cos it looks shit

Pic above: I prefer yellow and black rather than red and black for sure.

I'm probably a bit biased as I have had yellow Brembos on my M3 from the start.

So i assume by that comment you mean that if i have the AP calipers sprayed yellow and keep the CSL rims the colour they are now, it will look shit (in your opinion of course), right??

Not at all. Was just retorting as to why there were no pics of them. Personally I think yellow looks better. Do you HAVE to keep the rims standard looking?

FWIW I asked a few of the girls in my presentation group whether or not they liked red or yellow cali's and all 3 said yellow over the red. They said red was boy "racer-ish". Read into that what you will and hurry up and make a decision already They both look good on an E46 M3 kitted the way you have.

A bit OT but this just looks SEX:

Go with red.. Red and White look fine!!

Yellow needs a dark contrast like black or blue.
