There is very bad cell/data reception out there.

I did hear from the grapevine that there was a BMW that lined up against a "900 whp corvette", got the jump and then continued to keep/pull away from it ... hitting 170mph.

(sorry if i stole anyone's thunder)

Lots of fast cars.It was a blast seeing all those fast cars. There was a fast 1000hp evo that blew a head gasket. Him and his GF had driven it in from.Vegas! I think some of the Ford GTs and a twin turbo viper were the fastest cars out there. Just left with Xtyper in his fast C63 AMG. Lots of 335i BMWs out here. If there are ANY stock turbo N54s that want to run Terry's 135i , hit him up, he would be glad to have some volunteers!

Sounds like a great time, and always a good reminder to plan on paying for a tow or bring your own tow vehicle

Yup..nice people. I helped to push the car back. They had someone volunteer to haul the car back to Vegas for them. I was going to do some runs in Terry's car for any showdown races..but it never materialized..besides Terry was doing just fine on the runs I saw.

Btw, the Vishnu/FFTEC single turbo 335 beat that 458 Italia at the end of the day. Ended up letting the Ferrari owner test drive the 335. Turns out he decided to buy a 135 and ship it to us for a build

Those 458s are very fast for a small NA engine. 4.5L?
When I was at Famoso, a bone stock one was was trapping 126mph!

Right

...but that was from a dig not a roll. The 458 had a higher trap speed indicating better top end, in a longer race it probably would have won. Either way though, it doesn't matter because a stock GTR essentially is a non existent car (and once they are modded, it's a different game altogether). With that being said, I am curious if he ran any GTRs or Z06s at all modded or not?
