Well got the call from a shop (very reputable shop). It's looking like my DME took a shit and may have taken some other shit with it. Hes gonna take a look again tomorrow and make sure a new DME is needed. Not sure if its related or not to the install/uninstall of the bms dp fix. I do have an 07 within the build dates for DME failure.

Oh crap.
What are the build dates for DME failures I've never come across this... I switched the yellow wires last night and wound up getting a Checksum RAM ECU code code, when I put them back to how I had them I was still getting the codes. I went ahead and reflashed the map and all codes are gone, hopefully for good.

Well I'm before then at least, and the ECU errors I got went away, but after re-flash I threw the usual P2C7F and P2C6A codes that I've been constantly getting since removing the DPFix. I don't know what it can be at this point as I had no issues before installing the thing, all the pins look to be fine and all are the wires are lined up correct. Yellow with numbers in 19, no numbers in 20. Frustrating lol

Exactly, when I switched them I threw some ECU RAM code, didn't write it down, and also the car was idling very rough.

btw everything that i'm reading on these set of codes point to the o2 sensors being installed in the wrong position on my DPs, but the reason i started this thread is because they are only showing up after the DP Fix was taken off, before that I was not throwing them

it suppresses the ses light but it doesn't achieve readiness to pass inspections, you need standalone to pass with downpipes in NYS.

i'm sorry but im really confused. when i got the DP fix for the jb3 know one ever said only to run it when your going in for NYS inspection. and in this thread at least one person has said not to leave the DP fix in when you dont need it. so i'm confused what the differences between the jb3 DP fix and the jb4 built in DP fix is. thanks

Thanks to a forum member, I switched the yellow wires #19 and #20 opposite to what it says in the DP Fix instructions and I have not thrown a related code since.
