What am I experiencing?

So I got my car back from the dealer for a problem it thought could be serious but they said everything was fine. I noticed and my dad noticed that when I accelerate from 20-40 that my car begins to shake like a vibrator (excuse the analogy). I know there is lag when your software is updated (which I was) but this isn't lag correct? I mean the whole car begins to vibrate. I just installed H&R sports and I don't think it could be due to rubbing? or a flat? since it only occurs from a slow acceleration.
