Has this been confirmed yet - e92 LCI halos fit?

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I couldn't find it...

Has it been confirmed either way - do the LCI e92 halo bulbs fit/work in the non-LCI e92? Is it just the bulb that makes them so white or is it more than that like the rings themselves? Is there a e92 LCI owner out there kind enough to pull a bulb out and take a couple of clear pics for us? TIA!!!

I'm pretty sure the AE design is different (similar to pre-lci E90's imo). I don't think it's just the bulb.

I've opened the cover for the bulb on the LCI E92 and there is nothing there Highly doubt it'd work. It looks like they are using LED's and putting them in a different location inside the headlight

Bumping this thread to see if anyone knows yet. The shape of the lights should have nothing to do with it. I want to know if we can just use the bulbs from an LCI on a non-LCI. Any chance one of you in-the-know LCI owners can have a look for us and perhaps even snap a pic or two?

This is a great question, because a.) it's an OEM white angel eye conversion, and b.) hopefully they've figured out how to get even light distribution to both rings, such as the Angel iBright kit from EAS. I love the EAS solution, but again this would be an OE solution. Depending on what would be needed, cost may be reasonable.

The E92 LCI angels are a completely different setup as it has been redesigned so it's not going to work.

I gotta tell you, if I could drive to a shop here in New Jersey and have the OSS work done, I'd do it, despite the $500 price tag. But this is my only car, and I gotta get to work every day. Mailing the headlights is just not an option. This is why I think the Angel iBrights are the next best option (aside from OE or OSS).

Seriously? Which shop? So this is a same-day process then? Schedule an apt., they yank the headlight cluster, do the custom work, seal everything back up and I'm off?

Thanks Mike. What I'd like to know is exactly what the differences are. If they've been completely redesigned I'm wondering if it would be possible to make some sort of an adaptor that would allow the new setup to be installed in the old. I was just hoping that someone had more details beyond "it's different".
