Battery Testing Results - Need Expert Opinion

I think my battery is on its way out so I picked up a battery load tester and tested it this evening. Can someone help me interpret the results?

its 4 years old...and you live in a very cold climate. How long after you stopped driving it was the battery at 12.4 volts? 12.4 volts isnt horrible but it isnt 100% either. Id recommend replacement with the proper oem battery.

I tested the voltage 15-20 minutes after I got home, however, I have noticed that the voltage will drop slightly the longer I wait.

You're right, it's probly time for a new battery. I'm just dreading the expense.
