Anyone use this stuff?

Hey guys, so I wanted some way of protecting the front of my car but dishing out a grand or so on clear film was out of the question. so i saw this commercial about this 3m stuff.

http://www.amazon.com/3M-90100-Paint...paint+defender

Has anyone tried this stuff?

Installing clear bra doesnt cost that much. $600 dealer. Much cheaper outside.

Based on what I just read about the product:
-the 3M coat is much thinner than regular clear bra
-seems to be for temporary protection, as it can peel off just like plasti dip. Recommended to be redone after 1 yr.
-dont expect much rock chip protection, unless you layer it.
-you need 2 cans to cover the hood. This estimates how much it would cost.

Guess if you have the patience and are good at crafts, this could work.
