What spark plugs should I go with?

Yes, I'm lazy and using my phone to ask this because I don't want to get out of bed and turn the desktop on! Moving onward. I have an 07 e90 6mt JB4 map 2, DCI, HPF exhaust... premise.. it's tuned moderately! So, what plugs have any of you run without any issues? And how much per plug?

You can try the NKG 5992 and gap them. They're only $10 per pop.

I just got a set of NGK 5992s from sparkplugauto.com. PTF has a great article on their blog on them. 1 step colder and the car runs like a champ.

Not to thread jack but I just purchased the socket and bosch sparkplugs from ECS tuning. I do not have a torque wrench and have read conflicting comments that these plugs dont require a torque wrench. Can someone please comment. Thanks!

You'll be fine. Many have done it w/o a torque wrench (I'm included) and the car performs as it should.
