Is this your 3rd new car in last few months lol?

No you got no more excuses Will!

Btw I'd address all the typical e46 and s54 issues before you take her on track.

Aside from track rubbers and pads, any other mods planned?

Just gettin it maintained for next few months. No mods for a year except brakes, tires, and maybe seats.
I'm looking at a long term maybe 5 years, by which this should be a fully prep'd race car.

On another hand, I really wanna join the peeps here at WGI. Let's make this happen.

Vanos bolt and subframe reinforcement are 2 big things that come to mind. Heck I might even throw in shock tower reinforcement plates too. And then depending on mileage, diff/trans fluids, coolant, bushings (fcab, rtab, subframe), oil, filter, plugs.

Must to do but cheap mods would be cdv, trans mounts, zhp knob, alignment pins and stud conversion (knowing you'll do 30 brake jobs alone in 2013).

When budget allows, CSL headers with tune, coilovers, true brake ducts, and seats/harnesses/cage

Wow, I'm gone for a few days and M3s pop up all over the place, congrats

I don't know if you're interested or if the offset is right but I'm putting up my Koseis and NT01s up for sale tonight, the 335 has officially retired from track duty.

When's your next event? Please don't show up with A/S tires, anything else will do!

Thanks!

I know PCA RTR has 7/26-28 and PCA NNJR has 8/2-4 at WGI. Anyone know which dates BMW CCAs have?

My next event will prob be PCA NNJR NJMP Thunder 6/14-15 and/or TrackDaze Shenandoah 5/18-19.

Sound like you owned one before. Thanks for the run-down!

Thanks! I would really take them but I still got my old Koseis though. I'm gonna test fit them this weekend.

Oh I learned my lesson. Screw "learning the car;" I'm going straight to R comps.

I know Del Val CCA is July 10 & 11. I'm going to try to do that one and will probably run with RTR WGI late July.

I am going to WG 7/10-11. I went last Sept and we had rain both days. Tricky weather once Sept comes but great experience.

PCA RTR 6/7-9 might work also. Did you notice PCA events are on wknds and BMW mid-week? Kinda sucks.

Anybody going to Summit on 4/20-22?

Ugh, I want an e46 M3 so bad, but the thought of owning two older german money pits doesn't wash out
