Thumbs up E92 Seatbelt Handover Broken

No doubt been asked before but does anyone know if you can buy the small plastic arm that runs with the seat belt handover?

A common problem I've heard but the handover no longer closes neatly back in to the panel behind the driver seat. There is a really poorly designed plastic strip that has broken which means the handover does not function correctly.

Speak to my local dealer I'm informed I need to buy the whole unit and pay £200+ VAT for the privilege!!!
