What's going on everybody?
I have a question regarding different methanol mixtures. I'm currently stationed in Germany and it's damn near impossible to order anything, unless you own a business, liquid based that comes from sates side i.e Boost Juice, M1 race fuel, etc. and my main supplier, for methanol, packed up and left. Now my only source for methanol is Xtreme Blue wind shield wiper fluid, which is only about a ~30/70 meth to water ratio. My question is, what other sources could I use to raise the methanol levels? As of now, the only thing I know that can increase the level is Heet 28201 Gas-Line Antifreeze and Water Remover, but the down fall to that is that it's a seasonal item, in which I just bought the last 3 bottles, so I wont be seeing that again no time soon. Are there any other alternatives that I could use? Just to add before anyone says anything about e85, the closes station is 45 minutes away.

Denatured Alcohol, should be available at hardware stores.

You can use Isopropyl (aka rubbing alcohol)

Freeze the mixture. Meth doesn't freeze until -144f.
The water will freeze leaving the meth as liquid

Hmm... I have Ethyl Rubbing Alcohol, which contains acetone, denatonium benzoate, methyl isobutyl ketone, and water. About how many bottles should I add to the ww fluid in order to get ~50/50 water/meth ratio or higher? I wish there was a chart or something that I could use so I could see what I could use as an alternative.

do not use, because of acetone
you should be able to get plain 70% rubbing alcohol 30% water, try a pharmacy

Alright well I do appreciate the help! How many 16 oz. alcohol bottles would you suggest to add to the ww fluid, for a 1 gallon tank? This is definitely a better and cheaper alternative compared to what I was paying.

Denatured alcohol would be even cheaper and easy to get as well... Its easier to formulate a 50/50 mix too.
