LA which is about an hour drive from you, the diffuser comes painted its OEM, Id describe it as somewhat of a dark gray color, I can send you pictures if you'd like let me know

Its OEM and if you have the M-tech rear bumper or conversion than it will fit 2007-2013 e92's. The color is as shown in the picture above, a dark gray color, feel free to PM me your number if you'd like more pictures and to set up a pick up
