Depends on the stain. But according to the Alcantara people themselves, lukewarm water and dabbing with a cotton cloth is the safest way to go. For stains that aren't water-soluble, lemon juice or pure ethyl alcohol from liquors can be used.

my dealer puts a "shower cap" kinda wrap around it when they take it into the garage. I saw them "dress" my car up when I dropped it off. and the perf steering wheel is a nice addition to the car
