Fitment Advice for '06 E90

Hi guys. I just wanted to board's input on some used wheels I am looking at. It's a staggered set up. Front 19x8, offset 47. Rear 19x9.5, offset 27. Any input on how these will might fit on an '06 E90 sedan? Any issues? Thanks in advance.

Sonds like e46 M3 fitment. ET27 in the rear is nice and aggressive, but ET47 in the front is too high so you'll need spacers. Go with 12mm or 15mm making it ET35 or ET32.

the front offset is way too high, and what doesn't help is that it's an 8" wide rim as well. you will need to add a spacer 12-15mm. I will warn you though, running a spacer up front, especially that wide, is not really recommended. The rear offset is a little low, you will get some rubbing, but if you roll your fenders, you should rub either very little or not at all.

hope this helps!

27 should not rub unless your are running some fat tires. the front will look like a old caprice taxi cab up front unless you add spacers. can you please explain why running a large spacer up front is a bad idea?

A large spacer up front is not a bad idea. For these wheels, I would do an 18mm hubcentric spacer with extended lugs. This will be safe and correct the high offset of this wheel. Be sure that the hub is cleaned thoroughly and also the face of the hub- this will prevent any vibration or fitment issues.

on my e92, I did a widebody on the front, and was using a 30mm spacer!!!! Even with this insanely huge spacer, I had absolutely no vibrations or drive quality issues.

i have read threads where some people have experienced vibrations and cracked spacers when applied to the front. and yes, there are many people who run spacers up front without any problems as well... take the info as you want, i guess driving style has a lot to do with it too. if you do regular city driving and no tracking, spacers up front should be fine

i am running this exact setup. e46 m3's on an e90 with 12.5mm spacers up front. all seems well so far, no rubbing anywhere.

12.5mm spacers up front bring the offset to 34.5 up front, close to the original wheels 34mm offset. which i feel keeps the steering and suspension geometry pretty close to how it was designed.

the rear sits nice at 47mm. no rubbing like i said.
