alignment advice
Have been waiting patiently and collecting parts over last few months and have them all install in 1 go, so as to avoid repeat garage time.i have a E90 non sport, which meant mile high on 19" wheels. 105kms on the car, so doing regular brake/power steering/coolant flush while i am at it. Here is a current list of parts waiting to be installed:
Koni yellows w/zsp coupe springs dinan fixed camber plates(i will be knocking off the pin as well) TRW M3 control arms Meyle HD wishbone Supreme power lowering perches SS brake lines Megan racing rear toe arm With additional neg camber of m3 arms and camber plates, what alingment specs are adviced for mostly DD but aggresive on corners?? what dampening setup is preffered for "set it and forget it "kinda attitude on the koni. as close to stock comfort as possible thanks

Nice part collection. I'd go with -1.5* deg front camber; it's a good compromise.
BMW standard alignment specs specify some toe up front, personally I run zero (works better on the track). You can either keep the toe-in up there or go zero; zero will result in less wear. I would just run standard BMW spec for rear alignment (it's not that adjustable anyway). The slight toe-in in the rear per BMW standard alignment spec is helpful. I believe the Koni Yellow have rebound only adjustment. Start at full soft and go up from there. Too much rebound is a bad thing because the damper won't be able to extend itself quickly enough (the ride will be harsh because the tire is not in firm contact with the road surface). Adjust until you feel the ride is smooth.
