Sealing in the auto gearbox failed after 60.000km

Hi guys
I got my auto gear oil and filter changed 1.5 years ago and since then I have driven aprox 60.000km.
Now the sealing in the bottom is leaking.
Anyone else seen that.
Shouldnt they last longer than that?

Did you have the mechatronics sleave replaced?
