Wheel Power California
Has anyone called or purchased anything from Wheel Power directly? I do not understand how they are in business if they don't have anyone to answer the phones. I have called from four different area codes and I have yet to have someone pick up the car or call back. It makes me wonder how big of a company they are and kind of wonder what kind of numbers they do as far as sales. Thanks.

Hmm. . . what are you trying to buy and why from there?
They're a couple blocks down from my house and literally right across the street from my girlfriends work. |

Wheel Power makes the Radenergie Wheels... I purchased a set from GMP Performance in North Carolina and I have had problems with them... GMP Performance will not help me repair or return the wheel even though I shipped them back within a week of recieving them... Radenergie Wheels are notorious for problems and I had one wheel which was not assemebled correctly causing a vibration... I have given both GMP Performance and Wheel Power two months to fix the issue and I have not gotten anything back yet... I am assuming that they do not take phone calls because there are half a dozen people that have had similar problems like I do... Atleast that is what I understand from Mbworld.... Thanks...

Your probably right, they make crap, sell it and then never want to answer the phone because it is just a long line of people wanting their money back.
Report them to the BBB, then at least they get an official letter and have to respond to the letter or get written up by the BBB - doesn't really hurt them too bad, but after a few they get investigated and can have their license pulled. Sometimes it works well to get them to resolve the issue so they don't get written up!

You might be one of the select few then. Majority of the owners in SD are having problems with theirs......
