fitment advice - 18x10.5 +30

Hi all

After some advice on fitment for my rears. Car is a 2008 e92 335i

The wheels I want come in either
18x9.5 +30
18x9.5 +23
18x10.5 +30

I have a feeling the 10.5" wide rim will take too much effort to fit?

Planning to run 265 wide tires.

Has anyone run a similar setup and how much effort did it take to install?

Thanks

I'm running 18x9.5 et 25 with a 265 tire that runs wide (595rsr) I rolled my fenders and add -2 camber. With that said I could easily fit 10.5 at same offset if not even a little lower say 20-22.

You have a few choices with those sizes. How aggressive do you want to go?

Bolt on fitment (front is flush rear is not)
9.5et33 235/35/19
9.5et33 265/30/19

Bolt on (kind of flush)
9.5et33 235/35/19
9.5et22 235/35/19

Flush(at stock camber, probably need the rear fenders rolled)
9.5et33 235/35/19
10.5et30 265/30/19

Really flush (needs front camber plates and rear fenders rolled)
9.5et22 235/35/19
10.5et30 with 5mm spacer 265/30/19

I ended up ordering last night:

Work Emotion D9R
18x8.5 +32 (lowest offset avail for this size)
18x9.5 +30

Which should achieve a similar look as this:

I was under the impression that 9.5" does not readily fit at the front?

Now i'm wondering if i should change to 10.5et30 instead..

I have 9.5 et22 up front and it is flush at -1.8 degrees camber. Front camber isnt adjustable without camber plates though 9.5et33 is flush without them. My rear wheel is 11"et28 which is 8mm more aggressive than 10.5et30 and it pokes a few mm at -1.9 camber.

I would change the setup to 18x9.5 et30 with 235/40/18 and 18x10.5 et30 with 265/35/18. It will fit, but rear needs fender roll. Here is few examples of 9.5 and 10.5 combo, but these have et20ish front and rear, so about 10mm more aggressive.

Thanks for the links,
Do you know if there will be clearance issues with the strut at et30?

If there's no issues with strut clearance than 18x9.5/10.5 et30 may be the better option for me and i'll quickly change my order.

Judging by the photos low et20 offsets results in the tire flush with the fenders.

What I'm more after is the rim itself flush with the fender (the laws here are pretty strict, too much poke and you'll end up with a defect notice from mr police man..)

With stock suspension/ lowering springs there is about 6-7mm gap to inside. Coils have less. I used to have that exact 18x9.5 et30 with 235/40 and no problems. Also here is E92 with those specs and coils http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=973179

Yeah et20 has little bit poke depending how much camber they have.

As for rear i couldn't find 10.5 et30 example, but here is 18x10 et25 265/35/18 which would be 1mm more in than 10.5 et30 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=865871

Et20 can be flush with enough camber but it does seem like 9.5/10.5et30 is perfect for you.
