Most commonly i have seen 265/30/19 for 19x11 et25 setup, but your wheels are more aggressive. Some use 245/35/19 at rear and then there is 255/30/19 which i haven't seen used. For the front 225/35/19 or 215/35/19.

For example 19x11 et25 with 265/30/19 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=879027

E90 but 245/35/19 at 19x11
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=990466
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=987270

You might also want to read trough this 19x11 et17

Especially this post http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=223

19x9 et18 and 19x11 et20 with 215/35/19 and 245/35/19 with double fender roll in the rear AND fender cut AND raised it up 1 inch and a half to clear.-3.69 camber. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=371

You probably already know that the setup requires fender work and all kinda adjusting etc.
