but seriously though... anyone know anybody/where to check? The computer is already nice but I'm not going to upgrade computers because I got the Intel 300GB SSD for free cuz I am on another forum with a nice guy who works there and gave him a $12 escort hardwire kit. He apparently is doing a bunch of customer research for industry professionals who use big programs like adobe photoshop and premier pro to gather data on how the SSD's help the system run faster. It's like a $500-600 SSD and I don't want to waste it but it looks like a hard install on my iMac cuz you have to remove the screen to get to it all. |

The guy that did yours doesn't work there any more, it was like 2 high schoolers and it took them 20 hours over 2 weekends, and on the way to Timmayfest I hit a bump and my subs went out as well as the tweeter and mid in the front passenger side, hopefully they'll fix it for free

M3 Lime Rock Edition
The current generation of the BMW M3 has been with us since 2007. As it nears a refresh, the company built a limited run of 200 special M3 coupe Lime Rock Park Edition cars to celebrate the racetrack in Connecticut.
Skip Barber, owner of Lime Rock, and BMW collaborated on the vehicle, which will only come in what BMW calls fire orange. Inside, there is anthracite and black cloth seating with napa leather trim. The company's Competition package is included, as is the M3's available carbon-fiber roof. A lightweight titanium exhaust, carbon-fiber front and rear aero bits, and a flat-bottom steering wheel are also standard. A numbered plaque is located on the center console. Sports-car driver Bill Auberlen, who has driven more than 300 races in the M3, joined Barber and Lime Rock management at the track to shake down the ride. A race car is never allowed to be perfect, Auberlen said. It's the job of the driver to constantly suggest improvements and find more speed. But the M3 Lime Rock Park Edition may be as close to perfect as you can get, right off the production line. From its great color to the flawless manners it showed on the track, for the first time I can say I might not change a thing. The 2013 BMW M3 coupe Lime Rock Park Edition will cost $70,995, including $895 destination when it lands in dealerships in September. |
