MSRP: $56,875
Sales Price: $46,175
MF: .00165
Tax: 8.9%
36 Months

And if I had a lease return going back thru Feb 2012, payment would have been $50 a month less at $490... and MSD on top of that making it $455 a month! Sadly, I lease traded a car 6 months ago that would have ended Jan 2012!

Still the one of, if no the best deal I've seen on a loaded (minus Comfort Access/HK Sound) 335D....

For the 335d Msport, I am looking at a simliar car with the same options & price. Is it possible to PURCHASE one at the price you are paying? If not, is this because its a lease deal vs. purchase, hence the dealer makes more money on a lease vs. purchase?

I can purchase at even less... $45,175 - since I am trading $1000 owner loyalty for .0030 on the money factor on the lease....

Can you guys please tell me what you think of this deal?

2011 328i Sedan
blk/blk
MSRP 37425
TDO 5750 (Yeah yeah. High TDO but I have to put down a lot because I want to keep my monthly at a certain number. Dealer didn't mention MSD, but not sure how much that would affect my lease rate. Guessing 20-30 bucks a month? Unfortunately, I do not have an extra 3K lying around for this.)
Monthly after southern Cali tax: 278 (ideally would be at 275)

So I'm just changing the TDO number and trying to keep the monthly after tax at 275. I think I can negotiate the TDO down to 5590.

May I please get some feedback? Thank you!

The coverage requirements on leases are higher than those on a purchase. When I leased my 328, I was told that BMWFS required me to double my coverage liability that I had on my financed vehicle.

Looking to lease a 335i/s

Must haves: iDrive, Mtech, 6MT

Looking to put $2,000 down (will be third BMW lease for my family), zero MSDs, and 12k miles a year for a 36 month lease.

Family member will co-sign, I believe the credit is around ~810 (FACO - I believe that's what it's called - hehe).

Was hoping to get in one for around $500 a month after tax.

Is it possible/do-able?

*not sure how I feel about buying the car afterwards, still split on it*

Received the following offer to place an order

335 xDrive
Manual
Alpine White
M Sport
Black Leatherette
Cold Weather

MSRP $49,625
Sales Price $42,900 (after $1840 AWD credit and $1,500 lease promo credit)
MF: .00185
Residual: 59%
12K miles a year

Payment: $511
Out of Pocket: $3,129 (Taxes, tag, DMV, first month)

Based on following this thread I think I got a good deal.

Comments?

Still trying to figure out if I can order a 335 xDrive sedan in manual as production is about to end. 2 dealers say yes, 2 say no.

Buy?

The only way I would buy the 08 335 is if you could get it for under 30k and you could pay it off in 36 months. Otherwise, walk away. Lesson learned.

After a year of looking at this section of the forum I have finally developed the balls to lock something in

335 xDrive sedan

MSRP: $52,925
Sales Price: $43,394
Money Factor: .00195
12K miles/year
Monthly Payment: $569 including tax (8.875% NY sales tax)

Out of pocket: $1,800 (first month, fees, DMV)

I believe I got AWD credit, owner loyalty and the mission to drive incentive. Dealer was $500 under invoice before incentives.

I thought for sure there would be some great least deals on 2011 sedans with the 2012s coming out, end of year and all, but BMW wants way too much for their cars, unless my dealer was trying to rake me over the coals.

Anyone know roughly what I should be paying?

I don't know, I was hoping to lease a 335i for $500ish after tax

(12k/yr, 36month lease, $2k down, no MSDs, above 810 FACO)

----

I suppose I'm willing to do $550-$575 including CA tax!
Must haves: M-tech / iDrive / 6MT
Alpine White or Jet Black
I prefer Novillo Black or Saddle Brown interior. Trim doesn't matter, but I would prefer the grey poplar trim (not sure how it's spelt).

---

My family has leased two BMWs from the same location (Pacific BMW), if that qualifies us for the loyalty benefit.

---

My co-signer, which is my uncle, has great credit (Above 800 FACO).

---

Is it possible? I know I said $500ish afer tax, but is $550-$575 doable with the options I want?

Furthermore, I'm split on the finance/buy out after the lease. I'm thinking long and hard about it, and still don't know.

~~~
Side note: don't take offense: but my little brother has financed a 5.0 GT /w 3.73 axle back + brembo package (black on black) for $500ish a month (5 years). Forgot the details, but damn... it's a solid car & for the price it's seems like a great bang-for-buck (performance wise). Too bad it's not the car I fell in love with. I want me another 3 series! This time e92, but I'm not picky... Wouldn't mind an e90 if the deal is great!
