shocks/springs recommendations

Need advise on what best shocks/springs for a 08 e90 335xi? Current set up below when i got the car. Time to replace it now since it drives rough now on even mild bumps or pot holes. Thanks

Vorshlag Camber/Caster Plates
Bilstein Monotube shocks
H&R Springs

probably normal considering those parts unless the damper are blown, I would probably try to source some stock msport spring and reuse the rest

Thanks for the advise. Dampers are I believe blown. More than likely i’ll just get a set and replace everything just to make sure. Thanks again.
