steering phantom play/pulling randomly

Hi fans!
I have a phantom failure with the car..
The car is bringing me to hell…..

Synthomps:
Steering playing 2mm left to right back and forth.
When i steer to the right, it keeps pulling to the right and the wheel not coming back to straight.
Also the same when i steer to the left..
VIDEO:

When i caught these problem:

Every suspension part changed fully few days ago
Sachs suspension
M sport springs
Lemforder meyle parts

Brand new Ate brake set 8months old
Rear Ate brake set 2months old
Wheel aligment on hunter machine with double check.

I drive on 19 inch and ive also tried another 18 inch set.

Is it a steering rack problem?
On highway speed the brake slightly shaking( 140kmh )

Thanks!

Lower steering shaft u-joint might be stiff, which would keep it from returning to center properly. Can spray with lubricant to see if this helps, but usually that's only a temporary solution. The lower steering shaft bolt has been reported to be loose in some cars, although if you just had the rack replaced, this should have been tightened properly during that. Maybe the upper bolt in that case?
