Unhappy R.I.P. to David E. Davis

I finally had time to open my June issue of C&D, only to read that David E. Davis Jr. passed away on March 27th. I never met the man, but I've loved everything he wrote. Automotive Journalism has just lost one of the best

Yeah... Automobile Magazine is probably the best US car magazine I've ever read.

Agreed on both counts. DED and Automobile Mag are principal reasons I'm a car nut and fan of solid journalism.
