Rear shocks easily compressed?
Hi, my first time looking into replacing struts and shocks.
Looking at the used rear shocks set and I can easily compress them by hand. Is it normal? I always assumed they are supposed to be under internal pressure.

Hi, shocks should NOT be easily compressible by hand. Advise against purchasing used shocks unless they were removed from a very low mileage vehicle for the purpose of a performance upgrade or suspension modification.

This exactly. I'm leaning towards NEW replacements myself. I've looked for used parts in the for sale section for 2 months and can't find anything good with LOW mileage. Replacement ____ is getting harder and harder to find for this platform.
