Looking for a wheel brush

I'm looking for a good brushthin enough to clean around the lug nuts on my wheels. I've seen some pictures on this forum of people using the type I want. It basically looks like a thin painters brush with long horse hair on it.

Garage List
For wheel cleaning, I use a combination of the tools in the Pinnacle Kit and a drill-attached foam cone.

The drill cone is good for cleaning the grime off the rims in open areas and even gets fairly far into tight areas (i.e. lugs). The cone comes with MF bonnets, however I've found them worthless for applying/buffing out wax/sealant (easier to do by hand IMO). The cone has been holding up half decent, though I don't see it being used regularly beyond 2-3 years (however, my rims have 40 faces on the spokes alone, so it gets a workout)

The cleaner and tire gel with the kit work great, though note the gel gives a slick, wet look, as opposed to a flat finish

Pinnacle Kit - http://www.autogeek.net/fcopiwhtikit.html

Drill cone - http://www.autogeek.net/bufferstick-polishing-tool.html

I then throw on a coat or two of Poorboy's Wheel Sealant

Gives a nice shine and decent brake dust protection

Hope this helps some

For the lug nuts I really like the DI Brushes Boar's Hair Detailing Brush and for between the wheels I like the Full Size DI Brushes E-Z Detail Brush

If you have any questions about these brushes please let me know. We also offer 10% off to forum members with the code e90post.

I realize the full size EZ detail brush has a lot of reach to get behind the rotors, but I found mine sitting most of the time. I went for the mini brush, and I like it a lot more even though it doesn't get as deep.
