I'm sure that there is some rational excuse. Business Edition was online earlier and obviously missed this thread.

I can see how it could be viewed as ironic given all the previous incidents or accusations, blaming other driver's of poor driving, scuffs and scrapes and unwanted police attention.

He's obviously just unlucky.
