NEEDS TO GO ASAP

I want someone to assume my lease (or buy the car) on my E92 335i. The car barely has 5k miles on it (out of 36k miles allowed in the lease), everything is still brand new, still smells like fresh leather inside. not a scratch, not a ding.

Pay off value: $47, 408 I WILL GIVE YOU 1500 CASH BACK

Additional Info:
The car has KW V2's on it right now (1 week old) If you want to keep them on then you have to pay me 1500 in cash, otherwise i'll bring the car back to stock.
The car also is rolling on CSL wheels with Toyo T1R (about 80% tread left), if you want to keep those (in addition to stock the brand new tires/wheels) you have to pay me also another $1500 in cash/check.
The aero lip I will give for free, it cost me $475
You will get black gloss kidney grills in addition to stock chrome grills.

This car has UUC sway bars on it, handles like nothing else. Flat like a pancake. you will be getting that for free ($475 value)

Incentive:
The down payment already came out of my pocket
I will split the lease change fee (it's $450 i believe)
Free Aero lip
Free black grills
Free black shadow badge
GP Thunder Angel Eyes Xenon bulbs (in addition to stock ones)
