3M Clear Bra Protective Wrap - GTA

Hey guys - I have a 2011, E90 335i Msport. Just wondering what I should be expecting to pay for a 3M Clear protective wrap for my front bumper, 6-8 inches up on the hood and the front part of each fender?
I've been quoted $860 plus tax from a body shop here in Newmarket, seems high?
If anyone has any recommendations of where to go or who to contact that would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Bumper is pricey. There are pre cut kits for the bumper available from clear defender.com. I got a kit from them before on my old car and it wasn't as hard to do it for the hood and fenders.

to have someone do mirrors, partial hood and fenders, it is around 300$- 400$

Bumper not sure.

I have a friend who just done his clear bra partial kit (hood, fenders, mirrors) not long ago and costed him 300$ cash in markham if that helps on his new a4

Since you are up in the Newmarket area, can ask The Detailing Shop on Mulock. They did my tint and bumper, hood, headlight and mirror protection on my 3 vehicles. They aren't cheap, but pretty fair.

Have you tried calling Jeff at Audioheaven?

Brother and cousin got their cars tinted there and quality was top notch.

GTA in detail does a great job

Wrapping can be expensive but it is the best way to protect your car

Having said that, I ll probably avoid wrapping if you have a white car ... At least the hood

For those of you who have had the wrap done, what have you typically paid?
I'm seeing anywhere in the $500 - $1000 range for a strip on the front part of the hood, front bumper and part of the fenders....

pm me, we do it at my stealership. All laser cut to the specific vehicle, Hood ( about a 5-7" strip from lip up ) front leading edge of fenders to run in line with the hood strip , mirror caps and custom front bumper wrap. My guy does all the wrapping for most of the local Porsche dealers , Work is top notch

GTA In Detail doesn't do the wrap he works in the same shop as Marco who does the wrap. Hell if I can remember his website though. I am sure Kevin could pass you along. Marco did both my cars and I've been really happy with the clear film. I have the partial coverage on one car and full on the other. My partial is actually like 24 inches up the hood and fenders. On my older car I had the like 6" one and it was worthless I got tons of stone chips right past it. I did that, lights and bumper and I want to say it was $900 ish? Quality is super good though, all the edges are tucked in everywhere and he uses the quality films not the older stuff.

If you checked my sig, mine was done by Marco from Advance Mobile Group.

With the full bumper/hood/fender I have zero stone chips I (assume) if the clear bra did its job. There were some parts of the clear bra that had a gash, it was probably something big that hit it.

I had mine since my car was new and its been about 4.5 yrs and it still looks good.
