Are Liquor Stores Open On Sunday NJ & NY?

are they open at a specific time? i remember there was something passed a few years ago on stores being open 6 days of the week?

Yeah they open at 12 noon in NY. They passed a law due to "Church" in the AM.

I believe they can't sell liquor in nj before 11am

I think it's 12 in Jersey as well.

You could always hit up a bar....for a jacked up rate though.

only liquor store open previous to 11 on Sunday is the one on Rt 17, in Hasbrock Heights (by New Meadowlands Stadium) ... hes open at 9 (apparently only when there are games)
