Should i complain about rattling wastegates?

hey whats up guys. I have a service appointment soon to replace the brake fluid on my 2007 335i (warranty and i have been getting some wastegate rattle when in idle and revving till december 2010, then cpo from there on) or if i leave it in gear and let the motor rev from 4k+ rpm right when it hits 3500 it makes a loud rattle sound.

now im just a little worried about ct the rattle complaining about the rattle because i had a Procede v4 and DCI on my car that i have uninstalled and also cleared all the codes/shadow codes with a BT tool. Im just worried that they may open a puma case or something a screw me and void my warranty.

am i just being too paranoid?

YES. I did like 5 times over many visits. Replaced actuators twice. Now theyre replacing the turbos. I heard BMW has made 3 or 4 revisions to the turbos since the 06 productions.

Garage List
it's just the actuator rod that was redesigned starting from 09. it went from 6mm diameter to 8mm diameter.

Yes I also heard from dinan they revised the turbos 3 or 4 times and are working on a "final" one

So you should take it in because you probably need new turbos cuz only 10% of the time the actuator fix actually works, its a band aid.

I have an AA Processor on my 335i, do you think that BMW will still replace the part given that I have an aftermarket part which in their eyes "will affect the engine"? The last time i carried the car in they wanted to give me a hard time about it and wanted me to pay for time and labor because they said they did some software upgrade on the ECU and since I have an aftermarket part on the car it voids the maintenance warranty that would cover time and labor.

I would definitely take the AA processor out and go back to stock before taking it the dealer.
