p2096 and p2271 codes

i got the codes
p2096
02 sensor stuck rich bank 1 sensor 2

p2271
post catalyst fuel trim system to lean bank 1

Any idea if these are because of my catless downpipes and if i adjust the v3 dp fix will they go away?
I have had the car setup this way for four months or so and this is the first time i'm getting codes.
