07 335i Coupe Stolen
It's a sad day, my 07 335i coupe is gone, poof, disappeared and the police haven't had anything promising. It seems to be a pro because I have all the keys. It was park outside businesses in Indianapolis and I think the thief used a trailer to get it out? Only thing I can think of might be some sophisticated thief can get past the BMW's theft protection.. Freaking nuts and sad, I want my car back in with no problems.. I hope!

Plate probably won't help but VIN might. And any mods that might be stripped and sold on craigslist or something...

I had my previous car vandalized (smashed window, stolen electronics, etc) ... and that was a horrible feeling. I cannot even imagine what you have/are experiencing. Stay strong..this will pass.
Let us know what to look for. You never know...some crooks are ridiculously stupid and may drive your car into our towns here. |

Sorry to hear that. They probably just put it on a flatbed, a lot easier than messing with electronics.
You should provide the license plate and the VIN numbers, I remember reading a story on this forum where someone found an abandoned stolen car and contacted the owner. |

That sucks, was it the same area that both cars were stolen from? And definitely provide some good info and pics so we can keep an eye out. Did your BMW Assist not get activated?
One thing I can seriously recommend is getting a Lojack. I have one and for piece of mind, it is cheap. I think they cost somewhere around $800, but honestly, it should help you with your comprehensive policy, and it really does work. We had a CL500 and an S55 stolen one night and the theft tracking that the S55 had found the car and caught the guy within 6 hours of it being reported stolen and activated. The CL was never found as it didn't have anything like that. Getting your car back full of printing dust is a lot better than not getting it back at all. Nick

Insurance will pay what the car is worth. This is not necessarily what he paid or owes (if it is financed). Either way, I doubt anyone (legitimately) has their car stolen and thinks "jackpot" |
