Any good independent shops in Maine?

I am looking for a good independent shop in Maine, I really don't want to go to a stealership for things. I have an E46 330Ci

Where are you located? Maine is a good-sized place!

One of the best in the country is in Freeport, Autowerkes Maine.

http://www.autowerkesmaine.com/

Another great shop is European Auto Surgeons in Gardiner.

http://www.europeanautosurgeons.com/

I'd trust my car to either one, though I live a lot closer to Autowerkes. They are even an authorized Dinan installer.

BTW, the Pine Tree chapter of BMWCCA meets the second Monday of the month at 7pm at Uncle Buck's Naked BBQ on Rt 1 in Freeport, which is just up the road from Autowerkes. Also, Autowerkes is having an open house 8/18 to show off thier new facility, which just openned.
